Having enough (working) memory is important for your WordPress website. If there is not enough memory available, the website may react slowly and the importing of products may take too long.

To increase the memory of your WordPress website you need to log in to your FTP server. You can then open the wp-config.php file at the root folder of your server. Here you can add the code below.

// set of WordPress memory
define ('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M');

Have you increased the 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT'? Then multiple processes in your WordPress backend will run more smoothly from now on. Are you still experiencing problems? Then contact us via support@woosa.nl.
