How to configure the settings of the WooCommerce plugin?

To use the WooCommerce plugin, first the settings must be configured. The settings for the plugin can be found in the main menu below > Settings


There are a number of settings that relate to the product. In the plugin you can configure the most used values, which you can overwrite at product level.

Go to > Settings > and click on the General tab

You can indicate where we can get the EAN code, if it is already stored in your WooCommerce webshop

To link your WooCommerce webshop to your seller account, we need a Client ID and Client Secret. You need to create this yourself in your seller account. How you do this?
  1. Log in to the sales account
  2. Click in the top right on your company name and then on Settings
  3. Under Services, click API settings
  4. Click on Create below Client credentials
  5. Enter any name and click Yes, add new
  6. The Client ID is immediately visible, copy it to the Client ID field in the plugin settings
  7. You can see the Client Secret by clicking on Show Secret, copy it to the Client Secret field in the settings of the plugin
  8. Then click Save changes. If the status remains on Unauthorized, click Click to authorize.


In order to work as good as possible with the WooCommerce plugin, we have added a number of useful tools.
  • Clear cache
    Are changes not being implemented? Then try to empty the cache.
  • Clear background process
    If processes such as importing orders, returns and invoices are stuck, you can reset the processes.
  • Reset cron jobs
    If actions such as updating orders, returns, invoices and products are stuck, you can reset them.


You need to purchase a license from Woosa for the use of the WooCommerce plugin, unlimited support and updates. You will have to enter this license in the plugin settings so that all functionalities work properly. You will do this as follows:
  1. Your Woosa license code always starts with wc_. Copy this code to the API license key field.
  2. The API email address is the email address with which you are registered at Woosa, enter it below API email address.
  3. Then click Save Changes. Your license status will change to Active, if the status remains on Inactive, check your license via the My account environment on the Woosa website.
