What happens when I update my product information in Loyverse?

It is possible that you change your product information. Think for example of: description, images and price. In this article we explain how that works in combination with the Loyverse WooCommerce plugin.

No automatic update

At the moment product information is not (yet) automatically updated to WooCommerce. Product information is only assigned when importing products.

So do you change the price of a product in Loyverse? Then make sure that you also change these manually in WooCommerce, so that both systems remain in sync.

Import again

There is also another possibility. Have you not only changed the price of a product, but several parameters? Then it may not be that efficient to process this manually in WooCommerce as well.

In that case, follow the steps below:

  • Permanently delete the product in WooCommerce, in other words: first click on Trash and then empty the Trash in the product overview of WooCommerce.
  • Go to WooCommerce > Settings > tabblad Loyverse > mini-tab Import items.
  • Click the button Click to Import
  • The deleted products will be re-imported with the correct information.
