Automate bol.com orders with MyParcel

To handle Bol.com orders automatically from WooCommerce in combination with MyParcel, you will need the following plugins: 

  • Bol.com WooCommerce plugin
  • Bol.com Shipping Connector addon
  • MyParcel WooCommerce plugin

Configuring MyParcel

To configure the settings of the MyParcel WooCommerce plugin follow the steps below.

  1. Go to WooCommerce > MyParcel
  2. Activate Order status automation
  3. At Change order status after, choose Printing label
  4. Choose Completed or Processing at the Automatic order status.

Linking Bol.com with MyParcel

Next you need to configure the settings of the Bol.com Shipping Connector correctly. Please follow the steps below.

  1. Go to Bol.com > Settings < tab Shipping Connector
  2. At Shipping Service choose MyParcel
  3. At Register shipment choose Automatically when order is completed or processing (depending on which choice you made at step 3 of the MyParcel configuration)
  4. Then go to the mini tab MyParcel in the same page and link the MyParcel shipping methods to those of Bol.com. 

Ready to go!

  • Darn, It works!

    Can you disable bol_status: registered/processing on the invoice.
    (Or maybe create a toggle to turn it off/on for debugging)
